A quieter way to work through what's hard, together.
Reflect and Rebuild Group Counseling offers small, single-gender groups for adults — a steady eight-week process of being heard first, then building a plan that actually fits your life.
4–8 people per group · in person in Wichita or by Zoom · $25 per session
Small groups, built for honesty
Groups stay small on purpose — four to eight people — so there's room for everyone to actually be known. Shane Geist, a licensed counselor, leads a Men's Group and a Women's Group separately; the two are never combined.
Two tracks, same care
A Men's Group and a Women's Group run on their own schedules, with topics and tone shaped around each group's experience. Neither group is ever mixed with the other.
In person or by Zoom
Meet at the Wichita office at the NE corner of 1st Street and Mead Street, or join by Zoom if travel or scheduling makes that easier. Shane runs both formats and you choose what fits.
A clear eight-week arc
Every cycle moves through two phases: first building safety and trust, then turning that insight into realistic, specific plans you can actually follow through on.
Reflect first. Then rebuild.
The first four sessions are about feeling safe enough to be honest — being listened to without judgment, and getting to know the people sitting beside you.
The last four sessions shift toward action, using a simple framework for figuring out what you want, what you're actually doing, whether it's working, and what to try instead.
